Where are the floors from and what model is it?

Would appreciate the info as I would love to get the same floor

Hi, you might be able to ask Lux Design inc. But I think the floors were probably an option with the condo building.

Those are just wide plank red oak floors that are plain/flat sawn. We could make some for you if you wish. If you have questions just let me know. Joel@eutree.com

What color has been applied to this floor? Is it available in a pre-finished board?

Thats a very typical red oak with a stain, this would be easy to make for you and could come prefinished depending on order size. email me if you have additional questions.
