Where should I put a compost bucket?

We are remodeling the kitchen and looking for a creative way to hide the compost bucket but also have is easily accessible. We have been keeping in the sink for about 12 years and I don't want to see it anymore! I would prefer something that can open with pressure of the knee or hand since usually the hands are wet when I need it.

I have a pullout cabinet for trash and compost there are 2 bins inside the front for trash the back for compost that one has a lid and I line it with a bag same as the trash it works very well
