Go Inside an Australian Designer’s Colorful, Pattern-Happy Home
In this episode of Houzz TV Live, Australian designer Monique Sartor of Sartorial Interiors takes viewers through the colorful, eclectic interiors of her historic home in Sydney. In the kitchen, powder blue cabinets, hot pink stools and a black-and-white tile floor in an unexpected pattern create a soothing but playful style. Sartor takes a similar approach in other rooms. Flashes of pink, yellow and blue in wallpaper and upholstery pieces mix with her own artwork and photography, as well as fun details like cabinet hardware shaped like bees, to arrive at a personalized, energetic home.
