Step Inside a Designer’s Colorful Home Full of Fun Surprises
In this episode of Houzz TV Live, designer Lindsey Jamison of Rumor Design + reDesign gives a virtual tour of several lively spaces in her Steamboat Springs, Colorado, home. In the kitchen, a vintage-looking cherry red refrigerator, a midcentury furniture-style island and navy blue base cabinets create a vibrant retro look. In an adjacent dining area, a walnut pingpong table with a leather net serves as the main dining table. In a basement hangout area, wall-to-wall faux cowhide-print floor panels and a large wallcovering depicting a vintage van on the beach create a playful atmosphere around a pool table. And in the living room, a black-and-white theme includes concrete fireplace tiles in a pattern that resembles a backgammon board.
What a fun, creative living space. Who says you have to have a kitchen with matchy-matchy appliances. And, a ping pong table at the ready after a dining experience.
Wow. What a fun, colorful, joyful living space.
Love the fun spirit vibe. Amazing continuity throughout. Each piece interesting. Would like to see that wall mural more. Is there a better pic? Fireplace concrete tile on my wish list.
2 thumbs up!

All nineteen sixties shay nu- how much is it going to take to make a life, easier and a more simpler time. To be able to get a hold of another future life just as much as possible and loved
I really love this interior. I love the geometric design shapes that graphically inspire one's mind, a really playful and creative way of interior design, awesomely executed as well.
