Designer Diana Bastone created the right balance with a soothing neutral paint color used throughout the home for welcoming continuity. Not sure if this was done with this in mind, but I love that the wall the TV is hung on is black so when the TV is off, it blends in beautifully with the wall and doesn’t takeaway from the other features in the room.

The type of hardwood flooring on the min floor is white oak natural hardwood flooring
The under cabinet lighting is low voltage LED strip lighting installed within an excursion that houses the strip light and this lighting is wired to a main switch. This requires preplanning with the electrician and your cabinet person.
The wall paint throughout the home is #OC-117 Simply White, Regal Select Ultimate washable flat by Benjamin Moore

Hi Mike this is an easy answer!... everything was painted Simply White OC-117 by Benjamin Moore-the walls ceiling, trim and interior doors. Hope this is helpful
