This was a fun project. Had to upgrade the existing framing to code and add an exterior rated LVL beam to open up the lower deck. Prefabricated footings came in handy to speed up the process.
Decking and railing are Home Depot brand Veranda. Easy to work with, affordable and looks fantastic.
