Once upon a time there was an extraordinary unfinished attic space above a 3 car garage that desperately called in to be looked at. My clients saw the potential and asked us to bring our magic to transform the space into an office for him that could serve as a guest suite if needed. We used every single inches of the spaces to fit built-in storage and even a tight but highly functional bathroom.
