We pickled the existing pine kitchen cabinetry and added brown leather hardware. Next we took out the carpet and replaced with kings barn laminate flooring. We then replaced the old black appliances for fresh stainless steel that allowed the existing black granite tile counter top to stand out.

There was no option to remove the existing tile but this small bathroom now makes a big impact with new lighting, mirror Shelving vanity and hardware with plenty of storage easily used by vacation rental guest who now feel comfortable and at home.
