Cape Shores Residence

A complete remodel of an existing one and a half story house. We expanded the house to the rear and above creating more bedrooms and large, cantilevered decks and porches facing the beach. We also added the entry tower and front decks to increase the presence of the home in the neighborhood and increase the natural light available on the top living level.

The stair was an existing feature that we simply cleaned up and then provided a larger space at the door in front of it for people to gather.
