This was a condo remodel in the San Francisco Mission District. The kitchen was partially remodeled: lowered peninsula cabinet and added a whole row of cabinets for extra storage on the dining room side and new veneered columns (one is structural); new CAMBRIA countertops and marble mosaic backsplash and new paint color on all cabinets. The master bath was a full remodel with the tub replaced by a shower. In the guest bath we are replacing the flooring, vanity, mirror, medicine cabinet, lighting. The fireplace also received a face lift with a new stone surround and custom wood mantel and shelf. The baby's room received new paint. The lighting was updated throughout the cond. And the whole condo was re-painted.
