This is a complete design build project designed by Sabrina Layne. The home sits on a large lot in the high end Dragon Ridge neighborhood in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project features a full negative edge pool and spa that flows seamlessly with the home. A beautifully appointed outdoor kitchen with a waterfall countertop and custom wood screen provide privacy and separation from the large sport court just beyond. The artificial turf area includes a putting green and raised garden beds that complete this homeowners dream back yard. Each tree and shrub was carefully selected for its specific purpose and location in the yars. The cherry on top is the front yard which the clients had Sabrina Layne revamp after completing the back and side yards. The addition of walkways, plant materials, lighting and rock elements made the front yard additions beging expressing this home’s full potential upon initial approach.
