Crater Barn

This is the original Crater Barn built in the 1920s in Newberg, Oregon. It was schedule to be demolished by a developer. Our client purchased the structure and we dismantled it and moved it to his property outside of Newberg. The result was a luxurious "Barn Home" that incorporates a full wood working shop and entertainment spaces, two bathrooms and full kitchen.

This is the Woodshop area with finished Southern Yellow Pine flooring. This was a Shed Addition onto the original structure to give the old barn structural integrity from seismic and wind loads. The back corner features a brick hearth for a wood burning stove.
