The home was originally dark and outdated.

The clients bought the tuscan mediterranean home in hopes of transforming it into a coastal feel. The results were amazing.
We removed all of the old flooring and replaced with a high quality LVP. The home was repainted throughout the home to lighten and freshen the space. We got rid of the orange ceiling accents and painted them a coastal shade of blue.
All lighting was replaced,
The dark stone in the home was faux painted to neutralize and update. The stone on the kitchen island was removed.
The office doors were replaced with custom sliding barn doors to update and give more space.
The stairs treads, risers, banister, and posts were re-stained and painted along with adding a dramatic light fixture.
Neutral custom furnishings warm and open the space.
