SRKM designed the layout for an upscale second floor residence in a downtown Warsaw, Indiana building for a client who finished it to their own tastes. SRKM also added a cast iron balcony to the front of this historic building, while the owners maintained the rear roof deck. Imagine what can become of all of those vacant 2nd floor spaces in our downtowns.
