An unbelievable turn of events happened with this project. Home was staged on September 2nd for the photoshoot by real estate agent on September 4th. Wildfires on September 6th came very close to their home and the homeowners had to be evacuated for several weeks, then with clean-up, etc. the listing didn't publish until October 3rd.
