Located on the 30th floor of the Olympic Tower building in Manhattan, two apartments with sweeping unobstructed views north and south were combined to create this spacious apartment. SMD designed all aspects of design from conceptual through construction administration, finish selection and select pieces of furnishings. The artwork is a collection of South American artists acquired by the client.
