This apartment was a complete renovation, and still in progress. New white oak floors throughout, brass lighting, new doors and hardware. We added a simple clean base molding and added soffits to hang window treatments in every room. All window treatments are custom made (coming soon) and custom furniture (coming soon). The master bath and guest bath were completely renovated with gorgeous finishes, lighting, custom wallpapers, handmade concrete floors and Italian ceramic tile. The custom kitchen is (coming soon). The kitchen is an Italian made contemporary design with custom painted uppers and lowers and metal glass cabinets as the feature. The island is a deep ebony wood and all countertops and backsplash marble.
