It’s hard to imagine, but the grand staircase greeting visitors at this home was once a wall that cut off light and flow between the adjacent rooms. Today the hand-carved, custom stained bannister built by 24 Construction & Design is a focal point of the home, leading the eye into room after room of quality craftsmanship and comfortable, luxurious living. The breathtaking black and white kitchen/dining area is a family gathering place made possible by the replacement of a load-bearing wall with a steel beam concealed in the ceiling. Dripping with style and functionality, the kitchen features custom black lacquered cabinetry, marble subway tile backsplash, bullnose edge marble counters, and brass plumbing and lighting fixtures.
