Dated house turns into a families Modern Farmhouse dream home.

The Entry and Stairs give you a big Modern welcome when greeted at the Front door. The iron work really gives a nice break from wood and painted walls.

In the Kitchen we went with a glazed ceramic wall tile for the Backsplash that carries tons of color hue and tone variation throughout. The Quartzite stone has a light brown veining, and pulls-in the off-white color tone from the backsplash, while the hardware brings-in the rustic style. We also went with a custom detailed wood stain finish at both custom range hood and island cabinets, which contrasted nicely with the White lower and upper cabinets against the wall, but the custom wood work really brought-in that Farmhouse feel we wanted.

The Family Room fireplace was faced with new white-washed distressed bricks, again to give us that rustic Farmhouse style we were aiming for.

And talk about a vintage touch in the common bathrooms! Completely renovated with a Paloma Tile by MSI for the flooring and White Subway tile on the walls.
