Scope of Work: Removing and remodelling of the first floor space (including kitchen) and completion of a 400 sqft rear addition.

Highlights: Although this project was technically challenging due to constrained site access and structural work needed to support the new and old structures, it was truly rewarding to have completed such a beautiful project on such a precious lot. This property stretches over 250ft and overlooks the Humber River. The construction of the rear addition brought the river closer to our clients with floor-to-ceiling windows spanning 9ft high as well as a sliding door which leads to the backyard. We also built a state-of-the-art kitchen that includes custom cabinetry and beautiful quartz countertops.
