Lafayette Renovation and Addition

Right Design Lab provided architectural and interior design services for this extensive renovation of a beautiful ranch style home in Lafayette.
The original home was dated and poorly planned, with lots of wasted space and opportunity for improvement. Our new design included removing a wall dividing the two major areas of the home, and creating an open plan kitchen with walk-in pantry, large island and informal dining area. We removed two older fireplaces, and designed a new gas fireplace and living area. A new bathroom with walk-through shower opens to the outdoor spa and pool.
A small addition created play and storage space for the family, with an adjacent mudroom and guest bath.
Exterior work included new La Cantina doors at the rear, and a new front entry with stone wall, custom door, bench, green walkway and lighting.
