Lyceum Residence was competed in 2013. It's a two apartments house featuring huge roof deck, several balconies and two garages. The house was a challenge to build as it is located on the steep street, 17% grade, site of the Manayunk Wall. Built using FoxBlocks, this house is safe and sustainable!
