presto! - our client needed to sell her loft quickly. it didn’t ‘show’ well, but she didn’t want to spend a lot of money on furnishings for staging that couldn’t be used after the move. we spruced up the sagging sofa by adding inexpensive foam inserts and colorful accent pillows that drew from the colors in her art posters. a new bistro table and comfortable chairs created a cozy dining area. the largest expenditures were for one new armchair that would work easily in her new place and a fresh coat of soft beige paint. her broker was shocked by the transformation. needless to say, they were both overjoyed when the loft sold before the first open house!
