This once tired kitchen was transformed into a light and airy, functional space for the whole family. The brief was to use the existing appliances and elevate the design to the next level. There were some major changes to the room including the addition of Velux windows, radiators and lights within the beams. The breakfast bar was added to create a social area around the island, the material selected to match the beams above. The mid height floating units gave the clients extra storage and was a perfect location for the T.V, being out of the main kitchen area but within view of the breakfast bar.
