Five recreational rooms in a new wing were added to a luxurious Oro Valley custom home in 2008, raising total area from 3,000 s.f. to 4,500 s.f. The addition included a game room, bar, sewing room and guest suite. The lot prevented an easy solution, without destroying mountain views. Our innovative solution was to connect the new addition by a spectacular bridge over a wash. Inside, the bridge forms a tower fronting the new bar area. On the outside, a footbridge crosses the wash, connecting existing and new outdoor living spaces.
