This single family residence is located one of America’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The community offers its residents spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Bay. The firm’s joint mission was not only to design a beautiful home, but to create a detailed and harmonious environment based on the client’s lifestyle and needs. The client challenged the design team to create a living room that was large enough to entertain twelve to sixteen guests comfortably, as well as remain intimate for two.

The home is warm and welcoming, with an understated elegance. Distinct interior spaces include an entertainment room resembling a wine cellar, complete with authentic Chicago stamped brick and climate controlled wine room, an intimate home theater room surrounded in fine wood craftsmanship, and a dining room placed within a two-story rotunda with a brilliant crystal chandelier hanging from distressed wood beams.
