We opened up a wall in this kitchen to allow for the beautiful vista of the gardens and the Long Island sound, It help connects both dining area and the kitchen and creates a more open flow of the rooms. The walls are painted balboa mist and the palette is quite serene so as to keep the focus on the view. The master bedroom is small and window is off center, so with a little window treatment trickery we are able to place bed in front of window so that is feels centered on the window. Again palette is kept very serene with mostly white, grays and touch of blue.
