This custom addition was designed as a dedicated wing for the children of a growing family—referred to us by a past client. The vision was clear: create a space where the kids could relax, play, and entertain friends, while giving the parents the ability to host in a separate area. The result is a well-appointed extension featuring a shared living space, two bedrooms for the sons connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath, and a private ensuite for their daughter.
