SW Portland Tudor - Masterplan

The project was originally conceived as a masterplan and built in phases. A masterplan allows clients to do long term budgeting on project phasing and to live in their homes while construction takes place.

Design and construction drawings for a remodel of a historic home in SW Portland. Scope of work includes new outdoor living area, kitchen, fully finished basement, new mudroom/powder room, remodeled master suite and upstairs bedrooms and baths. All phases completed.

New kitchen. Wall was removed to make original kitchen (previously two rooms) larger. Lower cabinets are natural walnut, uppers are painted, new crown molding was added throughout.

Banquette area with walnut cabinets and custom walnut table. Banquette upholstered with vinyl and outdoor fabric (kid proof). Traditional style lights in fun colors provide lots of light on grey days.

Existing dining room was painted. New light fixture. Opens to butler's pantry that was converted from an old porch.
