This South Denver Addition added nearly 800 SF, creating a 2 bedroom, 2 bath addition by including 2 existing bedrooms into the space. By relying on a classic and timeless theme that was also appropriate for the age of the house, we incorporated a black, white, and gray theme, with hints of warm wood tones. Balanced with great furniture selections, and lots of natural light, this addition adds functionality, style, and much needed space to this 1940's home.
