1890's home renovated to the studs thru out. Added a new detached garage and turned the existing garage into a new master suite. Maintained some of original charm by retaining fir ceilings in living room, fir stairwell and refurbished many old existing barn style doors.

Retained fir ceiling and staircase, and added new fireplace. Took clay tiles found in yard/woods and installed them in sunroom floor. Added new hardwood floors!

renovated sun room that was in terrible shape! Found bricks buried in yard at side of home and used them for new flooring. Removed 2 large maple trees that grew through decking. Patched decking.
