This Spanish Colonial style estate was designed to reflect simplicity, to embrace a casual, relaxed equestrian lifestyle. The open and airy living space is extended with courtyards, patios and a pool house that provide plenty of informal alfresco gathering spots for family and friends and create a sense of relaxation and connection to the beautiful surrounding environment. Arched loggias and breezeways create stunning symmetry while maximizing the use of natural light.

We used natural stone, dark woods, and limestone, along with rich textures and fabrics, to add a modern flair to the home’s transitional style. Elegant custom light fixtures highlight each room, and cozy furniture groupings were designed to offset the large scale of the space and create areas for relaxation and intimacy. Impeccable craftsmanship, warm wood-beamed ceilings, hardwood flooring, decorative tile patterns typical of Mediterranean design, and carefully curated custom furnishings complete the polished design.
