There's an outlet right behind it and conduit (or something) running down to the bottom right cabinet. We'll keep the Apple TV there. DVR is wireless. Sound bar wil be mounted to the top of the tv. What's a single source sensor??

Built ins (or pieces designed to look like built ins) don't have to be as close to the fireplace and hearth as to interfere or look wonky. You kind of have to look beyond the chairs to see what they did here, but this could work in your space. I think you could use more height and visual weight than art and consoles will provide:

lower cab is 21 deep uppers are 12 deep and 12 tall
