I have a bridge faucet in the kitchen and love it. It's very easy to use. Though I'm pretty old so when I eventually replace it I will probably get the kind that has the touch on/off feature. My sister-in- law has one and it's so easy to use. She says when she goes to someone else's house she beats their kitchen faucet to death trying to get it to come on because she's so used to hers. In the rest of my house I have faucets with a single handle and I do like them, too.

I like #5 the best but love the kitchen in #8 as well. They all had a little something to offer in ideas for someone building their own "farmhouse".
