Reply to: I just read Marvin's warranty. Now I understand that , and especially because of help here on Houzz, that condensation is 'not' a product defect but is the result of humidity. I believe that all we're saying here is it's my own responsibility to regularly wipe any moisture off the window: to which I'd say of course! But, I assume that the outside aluminum cladding protects the wood window on that side sufficiently. I cannot be expected to climb up to the 3rd floor outdoors checking for any sign of rot beneath the cladding: Am I right? So my responsibility to keep the window dry inside and I am warrantied outside?
