a black slate looks beautiful next to oak, and would work w/white cabinets.
Or, why don't you just do the entry way in a tile. like the black or some of these other choices, and then do the rest of the area in a similar engineered oak? Or do you want tile throughout?
do not get a wood look tile because unless you spend some money on the very nice quality, it's going to look fake next to your real oak.
another option is large format porcelain tiles. These are a 30x30 (Arkim, persian black. tilebar.com)
they also have more of cement look. (when matching grays w/your honey oak, it has to be the right gray. usually a warmer tone. cool blue/grays won't work)
Basic cement silver porcelain , also tilebar.
top lift is Linden in a soft white, Tilebar,,, next to that is basalt tiles.
then a slate in a herringbone, and bottom is also porcelain, tilebar, call Cavatina Bronze. It's a warm, larger tile that would look nice w/all your wood tones. d
take a look over here. you get 5 samples for $5.

or think about painting your railing white and then just do the same type of oak flooring throughout. (painting it white would break up all those golden tones)
