Fixer Upper 2016

Downsized from Mom's ranch with her, my dad's, and my furniture plus my entire classroom. Military foreclosure, layout great for a short term rental. Prev. owners did remodel incl paint, new cabinets, and finished attic with PR. Full attic is my BR, PR, office area, and dressing room. Main BR and full hall bath for tenant.
