I like the idea of creating a mood board to ensure there’s a flow to the whole area with fabrics and accessories. You might want a mix of colours or stick to a distinctive colour palette. They can add a zing and should complement each other. Pergolas are ideal for a seating or dining area. Gardens should have different areas for relaxing, eating and partying and features which draw the eye. Preparing a mood board can prevent costly mistakes so I think it’s a great tip and one that hadn’t occurred to me before.
