Carol, Not sure if you were referring to my picture, but the pair of shrubs on the right are Cytisus purgans (Spanish Gold Broom). They are a xeriscape plant and are supposed to get covered in yellow flowers in the spring. I get very few, maybe because it's kind of shady there. Nice plant anyway.
