I have a couch with attached pillows that sag, is it possible to tuft this type of pillows?

I was looking for a solution to the slouchy back cushions on my sofa after replacing the foam in the seats. This idea inspired me, but I didn't like the look of the tufted cushions. I instead tufted ONLY the actual cushions inside the covers! It gives the sofa back the same structure, but with the covers on the tufts aren't visible. It worked wonderfully!
