I think we will see a lot of folks turning to light wood cabinets like cheery. With light countertops and med beige tile floor very nice feeling. For color a pale green or blue backsplash.

I love how you said that gray granite goes well with wood cabinets. My wife and I have been trying to find something to complete our kitchen renovation and we just haven't found anything. This idea of granite and wood really interests me though. We live pretty close to a hardware store, so I think I'm going to have to go in and ask them about what they think of the idea.
