Energy efficient is important to me other than location. Our current house saves a lot on energy bills comparing to our rental property. Although it's only 300sqft smaller than the rental property, the energy bill is 1/4 of the rental. Unfortunately, we are growing out of it now. I under estimated how much space a kid can take. We haver serious storage and space issue in this house. One kid or three kids take same amount of space in a house.

I live alone in a row house of 1, 900 sq feet ( plus cellar and attic) and am looking to downsize. I've seen a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with a lovely view nearby, but am worried that 880 square feet will be too small. What do others thinK?

I live alone in 80meters and it is what I can afford so it is big enough for me,. Easy to clean, easy to get around. Just great
