gap between kitchen counter and bi fold doors -Danny Broe Architect: “no gap really… the track is recessed into the benchtop. The gap between benchtop and the folding windows is about 10mm and this is bridged by a brush seal (a shlegal to be technical). We built the cupboard in two pieces, one inside and one outside, just in case water got into the gap, but the roof is super big to make sure that never happens."
