Kelley's Wood Floors
I'm not sure of the products used on this heart pine floor, but that look can be achieved using one coat of Neutral color oil-based sealer (such as DuraSeal 110) and two coats polyurethane (either oil-based or waterborne).

We sand & finish tons of pine floors in the Central TX area and this is by far the most popular finishing choice our clients pick. Heart pine floors also looked very nice with a stain color as well, such as english chestnut. You must be careful when staining a pine floor though, some stains can bring out an undesirable green or yellow hue.
