I think the interior looks fabulous, but I can't get past the hideous landscaping out front. I am a Landscape Designer and would never do that to anyone.

I was involved in the more recent landscaping in the front of this house. It's experimental and still changing. These things always are. Here are some more recent shots. Depending on your taste it has improved or become even more hideous. The abelia appears in one shot but not the other. It was removed because it was being a bully. An acacia pravissima is slowly taking over, dwarfing an arctostaphylos.

The spiky orb is yucca linearifolia. Maytenus boaria is popping up in front.
