Isn't the space rent there up to $3K a month? And the mobiles there go for multi-million dollars if they're nice and large enough. Some have ocean views. But, in general, having had mobile homes and sold them as a licensed real estate agent and broker while living in the Silicon Valley, there are many downsides, most especially space rent. In most cases, there is not nearly the value/growth in price of mobile homes as in conventional homes and, in some locations, they depreciate if in a park as opposed to on land owned by the owner of the mobile. There are instances where entire parks are sold and things change dramatically. The kind of renovation done on this one probably cost much more than most conventional mobile homes themselves. This is a trendy park because of a few celebrities living or renting there. It is a beautiful place and the renovation was amazing!

Cliff house is a manufactured house. It is on its own private 1 acre lot.

The contractor who "built " it added a porch and carport that are really beefy. The remodel shows what can be done with creativity and style.
