If there's no spa, then we could probably take the power lines that run to the spa control box right next to the grape planter and use it for a fridge/lights. We wouldn't need a range hood, but the brick on this one, and the size, caught my eye as similar. I think maybe something like this, maybe with a roof/pergola?
I don't think I want to go to all the effort of running water out for a sink... I don't want to tear up the deck again! But, the over all size, a little covering (pergola, or small roof) seems nice. I guess this is just another one where I see the relative space as similar. But we could use brick to match the existing and backyard, vice the tiles here.
K- I like that it has built-in shelves and desk
K- I like the combo of the built-in book shelves, drawers, and a shelf.
K- creative, but I'd fall down the stairs going to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
K- i like the brightness/colors here.
K- I like the ceiling design, the colors are good on the wall, but the the carpet is meh (dangerously close to looking like bondo putty), and the headboard NO. I get wanting a splash of color- its pretty monochromatic. But no.
K- Ceiling design is cool.
K- I like these color combos (except the drawers on the nightstand. I'd match the headboard)
K- wall color
K- Thoughts on a simple curtain rod that's sturdy, with hoop rings? I'm thinking that it might last longer than a track with pulley.
K- again, I think this wall color looks nice, especially set against the white trim. not the floor
K- I also think this is a nice color combo. cabinet color similar to the one you sent me on Wayfair. not a fan of the tiles style; too busy set against the clean lines/colors of the walls and cabinets.
K- I like the paint color on the wall. nice match with the floor. i also like the floor color/type.
* K- This is a good use of space. Again, I like that the below area could be a desk area. I like this one (but with different colors)
bed on top and hammock with chairs. k- that's neat; and if they are going to vault the ceilings in the kids's rooms it would work well.
the ladder and the bucket
K: i like the idea, but it seems very close to the ceiling on top
*K- This is neat. You could make a desk in the below area. colors are meh for me.
I love this better than the space ship room
space ship look I love! K- it's ver cool... but i think we'd be committed to the design for a while.
