I realize this is an old thread, but for those reading it now or in future...THIS is the time to take pictures of all that electrical, plumbing and duct work going in. Really helpful if you have any issues you are trying to solve down the road. And take pictures, with measurements clearly marked in the photo, of where you put all that wonderful blocking. You will be surprised how poorly you guess where you put it once the walls are up and finished so nicely.

@ngcurt Good suggestion. I take photos of every single stage of the houses I build as well as any renos that open up walls. When I sold my last house, the buyers were thrilled to receive a photo album of all the changes I did in the 1940s ranch. All documented from the well and sewer systems to the windows and in wall gas installations (I removed them.), cleaning & re-staining kitchen cabinets with new counter tops and flooring. I also took photos of the new back yard deck with ramp built in for wheelchair access and the new front entrance that was blocked off by the former owner.
