Preheat oven to 165degC/330 Fahrenheit. 1. Cut in between every second rib so you have pairs of ribs. In a deep oven tray combine all sticky ribs ingredients and mix well to coat the ribs. Cover with baking paper, then wrap tightly with tinfoil and place in the oven to cook for 1½ hours. 2. Remove tinfoil and baking paper, and increase oven temperature to 180degC/360 Fahrenheit. Rred provided ....Artichoke/Green Bean Casserole.... :) Extra note.... you can use marinated artichoke hearts (the ones in the jars), and skip all the extra olive oil. Just drain them well, and they're still plenty oily. Frozen green beans are prettier, but some in my family complain that they aren't quite soft enough. We still use frozen, but pre-cook them a bit. Everyone's happy then. And, I like to top it with a bit more breadcrumb and parmesan before we bake it. It is so much better than the standard Green Bean Casserole.
