why is everyone so concerned with snakes? If you leave them alone they leave you alone. Problem is dogs - they just can't seem to leave them alone.

I can't imagine how the owner built a house on a mountain side. Did he or she buy a whole mountain or just a part of the mountain? Kidding aside, the architecture is superb. Although I doubt I would want to live alone, without neighbors around.

As an architect that has specialized in hillside design it's always heart warming to see when another designer designs & builds "into" the terrain instead of on top of it. The site and its' characteristics is an important element of the whole package. R. Denzil Lee, AIA
